Refund policy

30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify, an item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email hello@thecevon.com with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send an item back without return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept returns of gift cards, personalized items, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Refunds
We will notify you after inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
