We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product when necessary.

Orders and payments
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund. Customers are responsible for applicable charges shown at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Product use

Pet travel restraints should be attached to a properly fitted body harness and checked before every trip.
