Shipping policy

United States shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free.

Processing and delivery
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Transit generally takes an additional 5–11 business days. Most orders therefore arrive approximately 6–14 business days after purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, customs inspections, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to begin showing movement.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@thecevon.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins and are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or damaged orders
If an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@thecevon.com with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate.
